This entry will be a very brief one. I'm stating this project to see how long it'll take before I go nicotine free or otherwise. I will be monitoring my smoking habits and we'll see how it goes from there.
This morning I opened a new pack. Actually my first stick was at 2am. I did not sleep the whole night. I think my body clock is fudged up cos' on Saturday I only slept like after 6am (that's already Sunday) and woke up almost 4pm. I have trouble sleeping over the weekend cos' I feel there's so much leisurely stuff to do that I couldn't get to on work days.
How am I gonna achieve this project is beyond me but as of now I think I should focus on cutting down my nicotine intake by monitoring how many packs a week I purchase. This will also help me monitor how much I have spent on cigarettes.
Wish me luck... I have no idea how the outcome will be, honestly.
